The vision for our community is quickly becoming reality. Phase 1 of our Highcrest Homes is underway and making steady progress. This first phase consists of 6 semi-detached units, totaling 12 modern townhouses – Hastings.

  • Block 1: The showhouse is advancing steadily and nearing key milestones. It is taking shape beautifully, giving a first glimpse of the lifestyle that awaits.

  • Blocks 2 & 3: Construction is progressing on schedule with visible structural developments.

  • Blocks 4 – 6: Foundations have been completed, setting the stage for vertical works to begin soon.

Every day brings us closer to welcoming residents into a modern, thoughtfully designed neighbourhood that blends comfort, function, and elegance. We are excited to see the community taking shape and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues.
